Karin Smith

REAL ESTATE SUCCESS BASED ON RELATIONSHIPS, EXPERIENCE, & RESULTS
  • a native Vancouverite who grew up on the West Side
  • Toronto (Oakville) resident for 8 years and then London, England for another 3 years
  • returned to Vancouver in 2002 & a Pt Grey resident
  • more than 15 years with RE/MAX Select Properties with award winning results
  • additional 10 years of sales, marketing, & management experience with a Fortune 100 consumer goods company prior to real estate
  • 3 years as Co-Chair of the Vancouver Symphony's major annual fundraiser, the Symphony Ball & currently Committee member
  • happy companion to Lucy the amazing rescue dog
  • big rescue animal fan who spends far too much time on The Dodo @dodo but I do love a happy ending
  • supporting local charities which are often under the radar-focussing on families, children, & animals

With a lifetime interest in design & architecture, I've renovated or upgraded all of my family's homes.  My current 1920's home in Pt Grey has been featured 3 times in Canadian House & Home, & my garden featured in Canadian Gardening.  Of course I had great professional help in all of these ventures!

Those experiences help me see appreciate or see the potential in homes for both Buyers & Sellers.
